>Can anyone order from your website? (What if I don't live in Florida?)

Yes! We ship anywhere in the Untied States and Canada. (Limitations and exclusions do apply) You don't have to be local to use our website.

 

>Is everything on this website in your stores?

Great question: No, this is our direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform. What you're seeing is a live distributor feed that allows us to connect you to some of the best deals and products available. Which means this isn't inventory from our stores but from the distributors themselves. We may have some of these products in stock locally, but this isn't representative of what we have on hand at any of our locations.

 

>Can I order from this website and have it sent directly to my house and not have to pick it up in the stores?

Yes! As long as it isn't a serialized item which would require an FFL to receive and process it.

 

>So I can't have a firearm that I order here shipped to my home?

No, for firearm purchases you will be required to have it sent to a local FFL for pickup.

 

>Do I have to have my firearm purchase sent to Shooters World?

No, you can actually have your new firearm that you purchase on our website sent to any FFL that is convenient for you! It doesn't have to be Shooters World exclusively, although you can have it sent to our stores. Just remember that most FFLs charge a transfer fee for processing and releasing the firearm to you. (applicable background fees also apply and you will still have to fill out the documentation and pass your background check).

 

>If I have it sent to Shooters World do I still have to pay a transfer fee?

No! As a courtesy for purchasing with us, we waive that fee when you have it sent to one of our stores. It's our way of saying thanks for ordering at Shooters World.

 

>Wait, I saw something on here yesterday and now it is gone! Can I still get it here on this website?

No, sorry. These product catalogs are changing daily and have limited quantities. So when you see something you better grab it while you can. Things are added and removed from the website everyday and we can't control what stays in stock.

 

>What if I want something that isn't found on the website? Could you still find it for me?

Yes! Sometimes we are able to special order firearms and accessories. You can work directly with our buying team by emailing orders@shootersworld.com and they can try and find the product you are looking for and order it for you.

 

>I'm having trouble placing an order - Do you have customer support?
